\u201c<\/em><\/strong><\/b>The Sullivan Alliance to Transform the Health Professions was formed in 2005 to develop and promote programs to increase racial, ethnic and gender diversity in the health professions.<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

We were pleased to join efforts with The Association for Academic Health Centers (AAHC) in 2020 to expand the Alliance\u2019s activities.\u00a0 And in 2022 we were excited when the AAHC merged into the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), providing further momentum to The Sullivan Alliance.<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

I congratulate the recipients of the Sullivan Alliance Award and I thank them for their contributions to diversifying our nation\u2019s health professions.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n
